CelaLume Returns Policy

Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CelaLume supplements. You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused — The supplement bottle must be sealed and unused
  • Original packaging — Item must be in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Proof of purchase — You'll need your order number or receipt

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@celalume.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements — For health and safety reasons (FDA regulations)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Orders returned after 90 days
  • Sale or discounted items — Non-returnable

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

If you're in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for any reason, without justification, under consumer protection regulations.

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You'll receive a prepaid return label

Refunds

Processing Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether the return is approved or rejected.

If Approved:

  • Refund issued within 5-7 business days of approval
  • Refund credited to your original payment method
  • Your bank/credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to process

If Rejected:
