Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Timeline Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Order Tracking After your order ships, you can track your package using the tracking number sent to your email. Most carriers allow you to monitor delivery progress in real-time.
International Shipping We currently ship to: US, UK, Canada, and the EU
International orders may take 7-14 business days and are subject to customs processing times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or import taxes.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Policy
90-Day Return Window We want you to love your CelaLume supplements. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Product must be unopened and in original condition
- Packaging must be intact
- Return must be initiated within 90 days of purchase
- Dietary supplements with opened/used bottles are generally non-returnable per FDA regulations
How to Return

- We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
- Ship the product back to us in original packaging
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Return shipping is free with the prepaid label we provide.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements (FDA food safety regulations)
- Items without original packaging
- Orders returned after 90 days
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@celalume.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
